Eradicating Polio is Good Investment

Although the global investment in a polio-free world exceeds $9 billion, an independent study published in the medical journal Vaccine estimates the net economic benefits to be $45 to $50 billion over the next 20 years.  Of course, the return on eradicating a disease forever and preventing the suffering of countless children [and their families] is impossible to calculate.
