Phyllis is the Executive Director, of the Community Capital Fund

Phyllis leads the CCF team and guides the strategic direction for CCF.   Her work focuses on the development of relationships with community partners, awareness of the CCF community and economic development programs, and advancement of collaborative strategies with CCF’s sister organizations, AltCap and Equity2.
