Tom Waggoner, AIA, is managing principal for HOK in Kansas City and Columbus. A former managing principal at 360 Architecture, Tom joined HOK when the firms completed their merger in early 2015.

Tom has built an extensive portfolio of experience focused on the renovation and new construction of collegiate sports facilities and the creation of athletic facility master plans.Tom’s recent projects include the Auburn Arena & Player Development Facility in Auburn, Ala.; the University of Washington Husky Stadium Renovation in Seattle; the Southern Methodist University Moody Coliseum Renovation in Dallas; and the University of Missouri Athletics Master Plan in Columbia, Mo.

In addition to his involvement with national and local sports organizations, Tom is a member of the Friends of the Zoo Board of Directors for the Kansas City Zoo, the Dean’s Advisory Council for the College of Architecture, Planning and Design at Kansas State University, and the KC Sports Commission Board of Directors.
