Doodling To Publication

The network of Plaza Rotarian Jeff Chapman has filled many a program slot for our club - from providing entertainment to profound thought.  This week, in lieu of Miss Missouri, we have Jeff telling us about how his doodling for fun turned into a passion for making people laugh through political cartoons. Jeff's been published for over 20 years and he will share details about this sketchy journey.
