Missouri native Larry Bradley is a retired U.S. Army Officer and the creator of, “Why the Two Party System Isn’t Working Anymore—And What to Do About It.” Larry’s work life has been focused on making meaningful organizational change happen. He was on the Fielding Team for the first ever fielding of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle (Companion vehicle to the Abrams tank) to a combat unit, cowrote the Army’s revised regulation on equipment modification and worked on early versions of the weapons system known as drones. Larry says changing to Ranked Choice Voting is the path to political peace for America.
