Tucker Trotter – CEO – Dimensional Innovations

Tucker Trotter is an owner and CEO of Dimensional Innovations (DI), an Experience Design, Build and Technology firm based in Overland Park, Kansas, with offices around the US. Committed to creativity and excellence, he has been one of the driving forces behind the company’s dramatically expanded capabilities, transforming Dimensional Innovations into a recognized, respected and unrivaled industry powerhouse. DI is nationally recognized and has been featured in Fortune, Inc. Magazine, USA Today and more. The company has also been named to the Inc. 5000, a list of the country’s fastest-growing companies, for six consecutive years. 

 

As a college student studying Industrial Design, Tucker joined Dimensional Innovations (then Schofield Design) as a summer intern. He now proudly serves DI as the CEO where he focuses his energy on creating a strong culture, a clear vision for the future and spreading awareness about DI’s amazing team and capabilities. 

DI exists to create remarkable experiences, with local work including the library books gracing the Kansas City Library parking garage, the Royals’ Hall of Fame, Arrowhead Stadium, Children’s Mercy, Liberty Memorial, and numerous corporate headquarters. DI’s portfolio encompasses NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, NCAA, along with major installations in museums, hall of fames, entertainment districts across the country and well over 500 cinemas around the world. DI has also launched many new services and products in numerous other markets while also helping launch other companies like Shield Casework, an organization creating medical- and sports-focused casework and furniture; Rockbox, a video content business; and DI Build, a woman-owned construction company.

Tucker is committed to entrepreneurship and our community, proudly establishing the Dimensional Innovations Foundation, an employee-funded 501(c)(3) nonprofit. He is a founding partner in the Parade of Hearts; Vice-Chair for the Dean’s Advisory Board for the School of Architecture and Design and founding donor to the Center for Design Research at the University of Kansas; Boy Scouts of America, Heart of America Council Board of Directors; Trustee of the Fredrick J. McCoy Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic at Children’s Mercy Hospital; member of the University of Kansas Health System Advancement; and past Honorary Co-Chair of Red Hot Nights for Children’s Mercy Hospital. He also holds positions on For-Profit boards including Shield Casework, DI Build and Cogent, Inc. 

Tucker lives in Leawood with his wife, Mandi, and three kids, Drew, Mae and Lucy. He loves cycling and gravel endurance rides and traveling with his family.
