Work is underway on the 2020 KC Games for Good.

The Club Board met approved plans to proceed. As in years past, we’re “tweaking” the format both to leverage current strengths (i.e., what is working well) and address member concerns (i.e., what could be working better). For example, while we want to continue to broadly “celebrate service” we are going to be even more specific in drawing attention to the Rotary six areas of focus.  We also want to financially benefit even more local charities.

You’ll see this reflected in our just-completed Call for Sponsors brochure. Steven Rotkoff has been scheduling meetings with prospective supporters and, in fact, has already secured our first new commitment: The Kauffmann Foundation for $1,000.

I hope you have a chance to look over the attached prior to our meeting Friday. We’re anxious to get started … and we'd love to have your help if you’d like to be on the committee. See you Friday!!
