The R.E.A. L. is an annual training event (formerly known as Mega Training) to be held in Chillicothe on Saturday, August 18, 2018.  The District Leadership Team will be at the First Baptist Church, 1601 Bryan Street in Chillicothe.  The Rotary Education and Action for Leadership day is designed to give you hands on training and tools in many areas of Rotary.
 
Who should come?  Any Rotarian with a passion to “Be The Inspiration” and to “Make a Difference” in the lives of others.
 
Are you interested in Membership?  We will have a focus on orientation, mentors, red badge programs, how to gain new members, and how to make your clubs FUN and engaging.  Rotarians from Clubs that are doing membership well are lined up to share their experiences.
 
What about Foundation questions?  These range from District and Global Grant sessions.  We want you to be prepared during the Kimbrough Challenge year.   We want to award grant money at home and abroad in 2019-20.  Let us help you prepare now.
We have a new District Scholarship Chair-come see his excitement and learn how to recruiting youths for a study abroad.
Group Study Exchange-find out about upcoming trips to Australia (spring of 2019) and possibly the Dominican Republic and South Africa (in the 2019-20 year).  And, if your club is interested in hosting an inbound team, we’ve love to share that information with you too.

Is Youth your passion?  We will have a special focus on Interact; but, also have materials available on RYLA, Youth Exchange, and the Four Way Speech contest.

Attire-It’s summertime…be casual and be comfortable.  Jeans, shorts, and tennis shoes…are all perfectly fine to wear…you can leave the sport coat and tie at home.
