Greetings to you. Thank you for your service through Rotary.
You may recall that we had planned a Shoes Delivery Trip to Guatemala for the first week of October. However, I believe the lead time for planning was just not sufficient, and for that, I apologize. Though we did have those who had signed up, we did not have enough sign-ups for the trip to come to fruition. Which simply means we need more lead time for planning.
The attachment to this [post] is the new information on the next dates we are planning for this Rotary Shoe Delivery Trip to Guatemala. July 21-28, 2018. As leaders in your clubs, I trust you will share this information with your club members, so they may assess the timing and consider their participation. My thanks to you for doing so. The experience would be an unbelievable one.
