Membership Committee Chair

The membership committee consists of three sub-committees: Membership Recruitment - actively seek out members to become Plaza Rotarians by visiting with current Rotarians, holding membership campaigns, and holding Club programs on membership. The Chair shall communicate with all prospective members, whether proposed by a current member, transferring or former members of another club, or coming to the Club through social media. Membership Retention - will obtain a mentor for each new member who will meet with the new member approximately every other month, explain the committee structure, and ensure the new member is actively engaged in committees. The Committee shall also monitor the participation of individual members and evaluate how well Club activities address the memberships interests.
