The effect of reduced US commitment to NATO on German National Security Strategy

Steve Rotkoff has served in a wide variety of leadership and planning positions while a uniformed soldier. After retiring from active duty, Steve served as the lead for decision- making transformation efforts for the Army, designing and leading a critical and creative thinking and group-think mitigation program. Most recently, he was invited by the German Center for Intelligence and Strategic Studies to lead the group through a critical examination of Germany’s National Security Strategy. His insights from that experience will be the topic of his presentation.
