Jen Gulvik is a Kansas City–based marketing strategist, creative leader, and entrepreneur leading the vision for Epperson House. In partnership with Sunflower Development, the team is developing the historic Gothic mansion on UMKC's campus into a boutique hospitality and wellness destination. Jen has built her career around shaping meaningful experiences and bringing bold ideas to life, particularly in hospitality.
